Yes – that’s me there. The flowing red dress. The skull. The riding crop. The enormous book of dirty stories. The crystal ball … because I’ve been looking into the future.
We did it back in December, but what with line-up changes and the unceasing flow of time I thought I might ask round the Lusties and find out what they’ve got in the pipeline for future publication, and what they’re working on right now.
(PS: I may have been lying about the flowing red dress. And, you know, about being a model for a dead Victorian painter. Though actually that has possibilities as a plot…)
So in no particular order here’s what I saw in the mystic crystalline depths:

This just in...
I've also got a short called 'Glint' in the MAMMOTH BOOK OF BEST NEW EROTICA Vol 8, due out Jan 09.
This originally appeared in the 'Hide and Seek' anthology, edited by the fabulous Alison Tyler.
Portia! How exciting! Teresa and I have "Behind the Masque" appearing in the same anthology! It was originally published in the Wicked Words anthology Sex With Strangers.
Jewel thieves...what's not to love? ::gg::
Congrats Portia! Do you get a comtributor's mammoth?
;-)
Dayle - congrats too. *Puzzled* I think you must have wangled a different WW contract to the norm, you clever thing...
60 stories of sudden sex - what a startling title. Love it. As if sex might unexpectedly leap out from the bushes. Putting the bush back into ambush... (Is that were ambush comes from? ambulating out of a bush?)
Oh Dayle, what did you have to promise the PTB to get a dispensation from the iron clad rule of all rights? ;)
Sorry I didn't submit anything to this but I'm working on a non-fiction proposal which I can't talk about yet. It may or may not come to fruition. Fingers crossed.
I'm also waiting to hear on my new BL proposal.
You have been busy all of you, it puts me to shame, it really does.
Aren't we a clever bunch? I took a peek at 'hot excerpt' and I swear, there's enough free erotica there to keep a reader titillated till tea time!
Thanks for this Janine!
Ooh - good luck Deanna. Actually, good luck to us all!
This writing malarky is an endless round of work, hope, anticipation, terror, crushing despair and more work. If it wasn't for the fact I get to think about sex all day long I might not be able to cope!
:-)
thanks for the round-up-wow we are a busy lot aren't we??
I forgot to add what I'm working on at the moment-#3 for Kensington, "Simply Shameless" yet another Regency erotic romance-yay!
And after Aug 15th when that one is due I'm having some time off and then I'll write some new proposals :)
